Nest Estimating was founded in 2014 by Kyle Walker. After hearing the same questions asked again and again, Kyle started Nest with the aim of giving home owners the tools to enter into their construction projects with confidence.

We work closely with suppliers & tradesman to make sure our rates are current.

Yes, Nest can provide a home visit service to go through a brief overview of what you want to achieve and draw a floor plan, we can then go away and work on providing you with a ball park cost and a specification.

We aim to have estimates turned round in three weeks, this is due to our ongoing workload and time to receive up to date costs for your project.

Nest provides a personal service, we do this by working with you to understand what is important to you.  This enables us to provide you with a bespoke report that won’t only help you when comparing return tenders, but will also provide you with a greater depth of knowledge around the entire build process, thus ensuring your project will run smoother.
